Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Put Me In That app for iPhone and iPad, the service that runs it, or this information website (together, “the Service”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms of Use are the Terms and Conditions that the app asks you to confirm before you sign in. When you confirm them and sign in, you also confirm that you are 18 or older.

Madhav Shroff, an individual developer, operates the Service and sells the app on the App Store. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Madhav Shroff.

If you get the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. These terms add to that agreement.

Put Me In That uses AI to create an image that shows how an outfit can look on you. A try-on image is a visualization. It does not show exact fit, size, color, or how the garment looks in real life. It can also change how you look. Do not rely on it as the only basis for a purchase.

• You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not create an account.
• You sign in with an email link or code, your Google account, or Sign in with Apple.
• Keep access to your email and sign-in accounts secure.
• You are responsible for activity in your account.
• You can delete your account in the app. See Delete your account.

• Every try-on costs credits. You buy credits with a subscription or a credit pack.
• The app shows the cost of each try-on before you approve it.
• You buy subscriptions and credit packs in the app through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Unused subscription credits expire at renewal. Credits from credit packs do not expire.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. See Apple’s instructions.
• Apple handles refund requests for In-App Purchases.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

You agree not to do these things:

• Upload photos of a person other than yourself without that person’s permission.
• Upload photos of anyone under 18.
• Upload or try to create nudity or sexual content.
• Use the Service to harass, deceive, impersonate, or defame anyone.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to use.
• Try to get around safety checks, usage limits, or payment.
• Use automated systems to access the Service, or try to copy or reverse engineer it.
• Break any law.

The Service checks photos and results automatically and can refuse a request. Automated checks can make mistakes.

• You keep ownership of the photos that you upload.
• You may use your try-on images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Madhav Shroff owns the Service and its software, design, and brand.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. It is part of these terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, THAT ARISE FROM OR RELATE TO THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app.

When we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.

The laws of India govern these terms, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes that arise from these terms or the Service go to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
