Delete your account

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Put Me In That and sign in.
  2. Open the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Read what deletion removes, then confirm.

Deletion cannot be undone. If the app loses its connection, open Account deletion again to see the status of your request.

What deletion removes

  • Your uploaded photos and try-on results on our servers.
  • Your account, credits, and unused try-on approvals.
  • Your user record at Stytch, our sign-in provider.
  • The app’s Sign in with Apple authorization, if you used Sign in with Apple.
  • On the device where you delete: saved results, photo history, discovery data, and enrolled face data in the app. The app also signs you out.

What deletion keeps

  • Copies that you saved to your Photos library.
  • Your App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings. See Apple’s instructions.
  • Purchase records that no longer name your account. We keep them so that one purchase cannot give credits to a new account.
  • Photos, prompts, and results that Google logged. Google does not use them to improve its products. Google logs them for up to 55 days only to detect policy violations and for legal disclosures. Read our Privacy Policy.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot use the app, email support@putmeinthat.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Send the email from the email address of your account. If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email address, tell us that address.

We confirm that you own the account before we delete it. We respond within 30 days, and we tell you by email when the deletion is complete.

Sign in with Apple settings

You can stop using Sign in with Apple for this app in your Apple Account settings. We then end those sign-in sessions. That step alone does not delete your account data. To delete your data, follow the steps on this page.
